At CTRL™, we offer both one-time purchases and optional subscription plans to make it easy to stay consistent with your wellness routine.

Please review the following policy regarding subscriptions, recurring orders, and cancellations.

One-Time Purchases

Customers may purchase CTRL™ products as a one-time order with no future obligations.

No recurring charges will be applied to one-time purchases.

Subscription Orders

Customers who select a subscription option authorize CTRL™ to automatically charge their selected payment method according to their chosen delivery schedule.

Subscription benefits may include:

  • Discounted pricing

  • Automatic deliveries

  • Priority fulfillment

  • Exclusive subscriber offers

Subscription pricing and benefits are subject to change at any time.

Subscription Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

You authorize CTRL™ to charge your payment method for each recurring order until your subscription is canceled.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel, you may:

  • Log into your customer account and manage your subscription settings.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date.

Billing & Processing

Once a subscription order has been processed and charged, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Future subscription shipments may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Skipping or Rescheduling Orders

Subscribers may have the option to:

  • Skip upcoming shipments

  • Delay future orders

  • Adjust delivery frequency

These changes must be made prior to the next billing date.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed:

  • We may attempt to process payment again.

  • Future shipments may be delayed until payment is successfully received.

  • Your subscription may be suspended or canceled if payment issues persist.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

Refund requests for subscription orders are subject to our Return Policy.

Previously shipped subscription orders are not eligible for cancellation once fulfillment has begun.

Subscription Price Changes

CTRL™ reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, benefits, or shipping fees.

Customers will be notified of material changes before future subscription charges occur.

Promotional Subscription Offers

Certain promotional offers may require a minimum commitment period or specific terms.
