Return Eligibility

Opened Products

Because CTRL™ is a consumable wellness product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for resale purposes.

However, if you are unsatisfied with your first order, please contact our support team. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to provide a fair resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
