SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with CTRL™. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 Business Days

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–4 Business Days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.


Shipping Locations

CTRL™ currently ships throughout the United States.

We are actively working to expand international shipping options in the future.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately at:

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

CTRL™ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, CTRL™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your delivery location

  2. Contacting household members or neighbors

  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Our support team will gladly assist with carrier claims when possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, CTRL™ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs delays

  • High shipping volume periods

  • Events outside of our control


Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

For subscription customers:

  • Orders are automatically processed according to your selected billing schedule.

  • Address changes must be made before your next billing date.

  • Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled until the next cycle.
